ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN LAYANAN PEMINATAN SISWA KELAS XII SEBAGAI BASIS PENGEMBANGAN PROGRAM BIMBINGAN KARIR DI SMA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan layanan peminatan siswa kelas XII sebagai dasar pengembangan program bimbingan karier di SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap dua orang guru BK dan lima orang siswa, sementara observasi dilakukan untuk memahami konteks lingkungan sekolah. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi tema utama yang mencerminkan kebutuhan layanan peminatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan karier di SMAN 4 Maros belum optimal, dengan banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan studi dan karier karena kekurangan informasi dan media bimbingan yang menarik. Pengembangan modul perencanaan karier yang komprehensif dan mudah diakses diidentifikasi sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas bimbingan karier di sekolah.
