PENGARUH PEMBELAJARAN DARING TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA THE IMPACT OF ONLINE LEARNING ON STUDENTS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION

Abstract
Pembelajaran daring telah menjadi inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama pasca-pandemi COVID-19 yang memungkinkan proses belajar mengajar tanpa batasan ruang dan waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa perguruan tinggi, dengan fokus pada aspek motivasi intrinsic dan ekstrinsik berdasarkan Self-Determination Theory. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan mahasiswa, dosen, dan praktisi Pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring memberikan dampak positif dengan meningkatkan intrinsik melalui fleksibilitas waktu, aksesibilitas materi, dan pengembangan kemandirian belajar. Namun, dampak negatif juga muncul, seperti penurunan motivasi ekstrinsik akibat kurangnya interaksi sosial, umpan balik langsung, serta tantangan teknologi seperti koneksi internet tidak stabil pengaruh ini tidak mutlak dan dipengaruhi oleh karakteristik mahasiswa, strategi implementasi institusi, faktor eksternal, serta jenis mata kuliah.
