PENDIDIKAN TRASFOMASI DI ERA DIGITAL UNIVERSITAS ABDURRAHMAN SALEH SITUBONDO

Abstract
Transformasi pendidikan di era digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam metode, peran pendidik, dan pengalaman belajar siswa. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, seperti e-learning, Learning Management System (LMS), serta media interaktif berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), dan Augmented Reality (AR), telah membuka peluang baru untuk pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, inklusif, dan menarik. Di sisi lain, transformasi ini juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti ketimpangan akses teknologi, kesiapan guru, serta keamanan data dan privasi. Tulisan ini membahas perubahan fundamental dalam pendidikan akibat digitalisasi, dampak positif dan negatifnya, serta strategi yang dapat diambil untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi pendidikan digital memerlukan sinergi antara teknologi, kebijakan pendidikan, dan pengembangan kompetensi guru dan siswa agar tercipta proses belajar yang adaptif, efektif, dan berkelanjutan.
