PERAN KETERAMPILAN JARINGAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KETERPAKAIAN LULUSAN: SEBUAH KAJIAN PUSTAKA

Abstract
Di era pasar kerja yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis, kepemilikan gelar sarjana saja tidak lagi cukup untuk menjamin pekerjaan, khususnya di Indonesia yang menghadapi tantangan tingginya angka pengangguran terdidik dan kesenjangan keterampilan antara dunia pendidikan dan industri. Keterampilan jaringan (networking) telah muncul sebagai komponen kritis dari keterpakaian lulusan, yang memungkinkan individu mengakses informasi, peluang, dan dukungan profesional. Kajian pustaka ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran penting keterampilan jaringan dalam meningkatkan keterpakaian lulusan di Indonesia. Dengan mengacu pada sumber sekunder, termasuk jurnal akademik, buku, dan laporan resmi, studi ini menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengorganisasi dan mengekstrak wawasan yang bermakna. Kajian mengungkapkan bahwa keterampilan jaringan berkontribusi terhadap keterpakaian lulusan melalui tiga mekanisme utama: (1) meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan, (2) memfasilitasi keberhasilan karir, serta (3) mendukung pencitraan diri pribadi dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat. Temuan ini menekankan perlunya institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia untuk mengintegrasikan pengembangan keterampilan jaringan ke dalam kurikulum guna mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja abad ke-21
