ANALISIS MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DI UNIVERSITAS ABDURACHMAN SALEH SITUBONDO

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya di Universitas Abdurachman Saleh (UNARS) Situbondo. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi, penelitian ini menyasar sepuluh mahasiswa UNARS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar mahasiswa memiliki motivasi belajar yang cukup tinggi, namun tingkat semangat tersebut cenderung berfluktuasi. Motivasi didorong kuat oleh faktor internal (tujuan pribadi, minat studi) dan faktor eksternal (dukungan dosen atau orang tua, serta gaya mengajar dosen yang interaktif). Di sisi lain, motivasi terhambat oleh kebosanan akibat metode dosen yang monoton (teacher-centered) dan beban tugas yang berlebihan. Kesimpulannya, UNARS perlu secara konsisten mengimplementasikan metode pengajaran yang bervariasi dan suportif untuk menjaga semangat belajar mahasiswa dan menghindari kejenuhan.
